    7. No. I'm good. My personal "Hero" was giving post-WOD groin massages this morning. I won't mention any names, but he's older & more perverted than me and takes a L-O-N-G time to stretch/ warm up...

      6min EMOM 155#/ 30", check, although I may have jerked it a little on 1st rep of 3rd rnd. 2+15 Rx on the WOD. Was a bit too far from the rig/ lazy during transitions. I would have liked to have gotten 3 rounds (a 5 min Fran, essentially).

  4. EMOM RX weight but no box jumps. My knee is still a little tight. I did v-ups instead. Didn't know what else to do.

    AMRAP 2+22 RX. I'm all jacked up on my right side but still managed to get through this WOD. I'm happy.
