200-meter farmers carry (carry dumbbells or kettle bells, choose weight)
100-meter walking lunge
100 foot handstand walk (modify with bear crawl)
 
MOB WOD: set clock for 4 min
Min 1: couch stretch R
Min 2: 1 min: couch stretch L
Min 3: 40 seconds of scapula push ups
Min 4: Wrist stretching
