    3. After my pathetic 16.2 showing, I wanted to clean after dubs. Clean wasn't too bad, but getting it to my shoulders got a lil sketchy towards the end. Shoulda done more dubs to mimic the true exhaustion I was feeling in the Open. Oh well. Fun WOD nevertheless.

  4. Awesome work out today I love the fact it combined the elements of strength and cardio my cardio game has been sucking so I've decide to do manditory miles after I leave the box until I get back to running like a horse just me, my six pack, and hodie #Do it For CFNM lol
