Box jumps 24/20 (jump for RX, but can step down. Scale with step ups)
 
Stay at one station to complete all 8 rounds. Keep a running total of each exercise and add them up at the end for one giant total.
 
Optional
10 GHD sit ups with 3 second pause at parallel on both descent and ascent
