    1. Great job finishing. I was hoping for a 45 min cap, then a 50 min cap, 55 min?? Nope. After hearing that story, no way I was going to stop unless forced to or finishing. 57-58 min. Those HSPU were what got me. CTB were 2nd worse. Bummed that my cramping calves wouldn't allow me to run the entire 800. Had to walk/ run. Thanks to everyone for coming out.
