  10. B- grilled chicken with chile de arbol on top of mixed greens
    S-almonds
    L-burger patty with sweet potato fries and mixed greens
    S- boiled eggs
    D- burger patty with sweet potato fries and mixed greens

    I wasn't in the mood to eat a regular breakfast so I had grilled chicken breast with homemade chile de arbol, yummy. Also, the burger patties are made from lean ground beef. My husband made these and they turned out so good.
