No classes this Saturday, June 4.

We will hold a CrossFit North Mesquite member competition starting at 8am followed by a paleo potluck to celebrate the competition as well as the end of the May Meltdown Nutrition Challenge.

Competitors: sign up on the "official" sign up sheet at the box for the competition this Saturday and select RX or scaled. If you are competing, you will also need to bring a side dish for the potluck if you plan on sticking around after and celebrating with us!

May Meltdown Participants: We will provide BBQ. Make sure to get your name and side dish on the potluck sign up sheet at the box!

  3. B-omelette with onion, mushroom, bell pepper, sausage and bacon, I also had a waffle! After MURPH I felt I needed something else, as a treat I suppose.

    D-ribeye cooked medium well, Pittsburg, salad and a sweet potato

    I don't plan on having anymore cheat items with my meals. Even though the waffle was amazingly delicious, my stomach hates me for having it.
