Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
20 Alt DB snatch
50 double unders
 
Optional: 3 rounds
60 second face up Chinese plank
30 sec arch flutters

MOB WOD: 
1min: banded shoulder distraction R
1 min: banded shoulder distraction L
2 min: calf stretch R
2 min: calf stretch L

    Wod 5 rounds with 20lb db (50m run in place of jump rope.)

  3. A) 95#. Only a month in, everything is still a PR but last time i did push presses i stopped at 65#. Wouldve liked one more round to break 100.
    B) 2+20, 20#. With 75 SU. Annnnnd humbled.

  7. 155,185,205,225,225, I don't think I'd ever attempted to go that heavy overhead on anything besides snatch so definitely a PR.
