  1. 115# 5 rm. no doubt I could have pushed it and gone for more but that tabata was calling my name!!
    271 total reps - don't recommend going for wall balls to push press.

  2. 125# 5 RM on push press. I attempted 135# but was only able to get 3 reps on that. The 135# was my 1 rep max on the clean and jerk until this Saturday when I got 155# at the competition.

    361 on the Tabata.

    I also looked back and discovered I was wrong yesterday. My last 1RM on back squat was not 165# but 185#. I'm still very happy with my 175# 5RM.
