EMOM 10 min:
Even: 1 power clean +3 front squat
Odd: rest, add weight
 
4 rounds:
20 unbroken deadlifts 185/135
100m sprint (50m down and 50m back)
Rest as needed between rounds, score is time for each round

 
Optional
Reverse Tabata HSPU
8 x:10 on, :20 off
Complete as many kipping HSPU as possible in 10 seconds, rest 20 seconds, and repeat for 8 sets. Your score is the total number of reps completed.

2 min KB box hamstring stretch

    Fun, fun, fun! I wanted to sleep in but did not want to work out in the crazy heat again, so I'm glad I dragged my ass in there. I honestly didn't think I could do 20 unbroken DL at that weight but it wasn't too bad.
