  5. Good pedal to the metal, strength & weakness WOD for me. All WB unbroken, TTB not so much. 6:20 Rx. Let's see some of yous that are good at both movements make in the fives. Got some much needed DU practice in post WOD.

      Stick with it Greg. You've made great progress in a short time. Just have fun with it and keep putting in the hard work. You'll be doing all of the stretches unbroken in no time!
