  1. First!

Got stood up on my ROM WOD, so treated this one as a recovery WOD & went super light. 4 + 408-ish w/ 10# & rope climbs.

Out of curiosity, I decided to test my new shoes with strict MU attempts. Went 2 for 2. One pre-WOD & one post-WOD. Psyched that they work! My first ones ever.

    2. Strict by my standards, anyway. Probably wouldn't cut it if there was a real judge looking for small breaks in form. I'm sure I flopped, fluttered and kicked a little.

Yes, Carmen. Once again, you are the best.

    3. Carmen? I thought it was the shoes. Like I always say, "trying to get a muscle up? Get new shoes." LOL!

      Great job Carmen and shoes!!

  2. 3+400+11 with a 35# DB

    Running in that heat sucks!

  3. 3+220, 20#, rope pulls. Right arm was a breeze, left arm needs some work. Optional-check (K2W).
