10 burpees
Rest OR Test any skills in between rounds
 
Score= time for each round
 
*each round is an all out SPRINT!
 
MOB WOD: 
2 min pigeon each leg
2 min floor shoulder stretch

  2. Only 3 rounds of the WOD as I wanted to be fresh and have time for some skill work. 1:51, 1:52, 1:50 RX.

    Skill work = Ring and Bar MU work, some HSPU and leisurely Annie to cap it off.

    B) Wod rx'd 1:49, 1:52, 1:54, 1:54, 1:54 Happy with the consistency with how sore the legs felt, wobbly burpees!
