Only 3 rounds of the WOD as I wanted to be fresh and have time for some skill work. 1:51, 1:52, 1:50 RX.Skill work = Ring and Bar MU work, some HSPU and leisurely Annie to cap it off.
A) Core Warmup x 2, 3 times:Hollow plank walks 40ft down and back, then 10 slow strict ttbB) Wod rx'd 1:49, 1:52, 1:54, 1:54, 1:54 Happy with the consistency with how sore the legs felt, wobbly burpees!
