    Tempo front squat/Back squat 2/4 6 sec down, 3 sec pause, 4 sets
    some gymnastics practice (pressing drills)
    fun workout!!!

    1. snatches were triples
      no homemade breakfast, but awesome breakfast out with great family and friends! We had to refuel after moving all that weight!

    B) 5 rds: Squat Clean x2 + Jerk 125, 135, 145, 155, 165
    C) Deadlift 3x3 185, 205, 225
    D) 4x8 of GHD Back ext with Kb (35) and db press (20-30lbs)
    E) Crossover Symmetry - Strength
    F) Core Warmup + Gymnastics practice which was fun!
    Surprised that I had plenty of energy to keep working out, but homemade breakfast was waiting! Thanks Honey!
