  2. WOD: 1 Round + 400M + 50 + 40 + 30 + 20 + 10 + 20 + 1. How is that scored? 1+ 571??? 15# (?) trainer bar and 53# KB. Feel sorry for the PM crowd as we had the cooler temps and it was still pretty rough.

    Opt: Finished the 2nd round at a leisurely pace after clock expired.
