10 burpee broad jumps
20 Mt. Climbers
20 v ups


*decrease reps if you cannot complete a round before 3 min is up

MOB WOD:
2min lunge each leg

  2. I'm grateful for the 9 am letting me WOD with them and take them thru a solid 15 min of hip and shoulder stretches.

  3. I visited some new friends at Crossfit MHz in Firestone CO. I did my back squat program to keep pace with you guys. (135#). Then worked on push press.

    But most importantly after i worked, i dried off sweat... and it never came back! Lets all move to CO!
