1 shoulder press
1 push press
1 push jerk
Pick the load. Make it heavy. Can add weight. Post total weight lifted.

MOB WOD: 
1 min each arm Banded shoulder distraction,
1 min each leg calf stretching.

    B) 11:01 Started DU at 4:10, finished DU at 6:00 which was exactly what I wanted but really wanted my 800 to be sub 5 min. I tried picking up the pace but then I couldnt breathe, so i tried to focus on the breathing but it slowed down my legs. IF anybody knows how to calm my breathing but not move my legs to my breath, I will take any and all advice to try!!!

    Max parallette straddle hold (14 sec but not sure at what point my legs fell below my hands, will have to have someone watch next time)
    5 rds: Stict Chin up + 10 sec tuck hold+ slow down
