    Squat Snatch 5x5 65-85-105-120-135 - Got all 5 but 3 of them, I took a few steps forward so I want to repeat this weight
    Cl &J 5x5 85-105-125-145-165 - Missed first 2 of last 5 so repeat (just felt beat today)
    Post) 40 ft of 20 hollow scissors kick, roll over to 20 arch flutter kicks, and roll on
