Tabata Seated leg raises over KB
Tabata Sit-up (abmat)
Tabata Air Squat
 
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Compete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving to the next. Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.

      Trying to get 15 air squats every round but last 3 were 13.14.14...

  2. Early morning driveway WOD: 30 min alternating EMOM of 15 burpees and 15 sit-ups (225 of ea total). Wasn't as bad as I feared.

    3rds: 5x Pushup to hollow + 1 min arch flutter kicks
    A) 512 rxd (104 kb, 170 leg raises, 99 situps, 139 squats)
    B) 3:28 with 75lb db's (1:08 in farmers carry but wanted to puke the entire run!)
