Tabata Air Squat
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Compete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving to the next. Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
For time:
Farmer Carry 100m AHAP
Run 400m (no weight)
2 min calf stretch each leg
