    1. A) 10 hang muscle cleans with 45# bar, 15 wall balls with 6# ball (feeling great!)
      B) 1 min hang. Kelly beat me dang it!!

  2. EMOM: Started at 135#, finished at 155# for last 4 sets. 150 wall balls total, 20#. Mostly sets of 15, last set 25. Some early technical difficulties with sand in my eyes from leaky balls. Had to make up for it in last set.

    Bar hang: Don't remember other than every girl beat me and Erica was still hanging when I left the box.
