  1. I'm grateful for the mornings I make time for RomWOD, the days I feel rested and for every night we all make it home safely to see our family.

  2. Garage gym workout. My garage gym is finally coming together. Trying to get at least 3-4 days per week in at CFNM and 2 in at home.
    1 mile jog
    180 air squats
    90 sit ups with 20lb dumbbell
    B)Full body
    3x20 push ups
    3x10 barbell row
    3x10 strict press
    3x10 barbell curl
    3x10 db tricep extension both arms
    3x10 front squat with 135#

  3. Morning WOD: 5K run stopping every 5 minutes for 20 push-ups. Took longer than I expected, but I also had an 8yr old on his bike to keep tabs on. 27:05.

    1. PM WOD: 15min EMOM of 3 ATG front squats and 3 push press at 135#. Thanks for the motivation, Amy. The TEAM, the TEAM, the TEAM!!!!
