  2. I'm grateful for this morning! Little Asa crawled up in my bed at 8:30 to tell me it was time to watch Justice League. It was like a Saturday morning as a kid again (with the exception of knocking out multiple loads of laundry:)

    Pre) Core Warmup
    Snatch 5x5: 95, 103,110, 118, 125 (missed 2 of 5 at 125 so repeat on Wednesday)
    CL&J 4x5: 115, 125, 140, 155 (missed 1 at 155 but it just felt off, for no reason, so repeat on Wednesday
    Post) Worked on Handstand straddles and actually did a jumping straddle into a handstand!!! Amy is quite the weightlifting coach AND gymnastics coach!!! Glad to have you back coaching!

  4. Each day brings a struggle in one form or another. But today was a blessing. Ran 11.5 miles this morning....I like music and these long runs give me a chance to listen to my favorite music. August at the box has been really good so far. I'm old....and my shoulders really limit what I do....but my happy place is CFNM with my CFNM family pushing it HARD!
