Each day brings a struggle in one form or another. But today was a blessing. Ran 11.5 miles this morning....I like music and these long runs give me a chance to listen to my favorite music. August at the box has been really good so far. I'm old....and my shoulders really limit what I do....but my happy place is CFNM with my CFNM family pushing it HARD!
