wod rx-ish 3+30some of my strict pull ups were questionable. as I got tired, my legs were trying to kip.

Baby Olivia was born on Monday and we made it home today. Between very little sleep and poor food choices I don't feel my best, but I've never been happier. I'm ready to get a WOD in before the week is over and I'm ready to make it back to the box! Only thing I've done this week is ROMWOD which I plan to do when I get the chance. It's actually been very relaxing haha.
