    Snatch 5x5 65-85-105-118-130 Felt really good!
    Cl&J 5x5 85-105-125-145-160 Jerk felt weak today (lats are tore up) but got them all!
    Core warmup + hs straddles
    50 Dog legs and 50 kick backs
    Reverse tabata tuck hang
