Guess I haven't done that since around 1999.B) sets of 3 squat snatches: 75, 95, 115, 135, 145, then at 150 they became power snatches/ timid OHSC) Power clean and split jerk singles building in weight to 210# which is a PR. It wasn't pretty, but I'll take it. Late in the workout, tired and dizzy.D) A little MU practice. Was able to string two strict. Then stung 3 with a kip. Getting better.
