It's Game Week. Skip the regular warm up all week as the coaches will lead the classes through fun games that will get you warmed up for the WOD!

A. 15 min
Back Squat
5 reps at 75%
3 reps at 85%
1+ reps at 95%
B. 3x20 v ups (can do after back squats, in between back squats, or can do after wod)
C. 15 min on the clock
Every 3 min for 5 sets
Run 200m
12 KBS 53/35
6 CTB pull ups
Score=time for each set
2 min couch stretch R/L
1 min box shoulder stretch
