  2. I'm grateful for too much to list this morning but if I were to pick one it would be waking with the enthusiasm of Christmas with Little Asa and all his new toys open and play with. He asked that if we go to the gym that I not talk to mommy and only stay a few minutes.

  3. Another great lifting session. Front squats with all of the emphasis on form. Split jerk practice. Getting better. A very small amount of gymnastic work. Thanks coaches!
