    Snatch 5x3 65,85,105,125, 140 (missed at 140 but not bad after 2 weeks vacation)
    CL&J 5x3 90,110,130,150,170 (George stopped me after 2 at 170, which did not hurt my feelings)
    Handstand straddle work
