      B) 5:14 (15GHD back extensions, 30 lunges)
      C) 69 (couldn't figure out what I was getting hung up on at first. Strap hanging from rings over head. Ugh!)

  2. Missing next two Sun Oly lift sessions, so got some work in today:
    6 x 5 Squat Snatch: 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125
    6 x 3 Squat C & Split Jerk: 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185

    Getting all of it done within an hour added a cardio component.
