Run 800m
15 Wall Balls
10 Toes to Bar
Run 400m
30Wall Balls
15 Toes to Bar
Run 200m
45 Wall Balls
20 Toes to Bar

*don't drop the Med Ball! Take it with you on the run and do not let it touch the ground during the wall balls. You can set it down for your TTB.

    Did a little different sets to make sure my shoulders were warmed up, and it worked!
    Snatch 65x5, 85x4, 105x3, 120x2, 130x3, 140x3
    Cl&J 5x3 at 90,110,130,150,170
