Look for some OPEN GYM times in October to get some extra practice, make up some benchmarks, or testing!

Strength
Push Press for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 65%
#2: 5 reps @ 75%
#3: 5 reps @ 85%

Use the 3rm push press that we found on 8/9/16. Base your %'s off that 3rm +5lbs.


Metcon
10 min AMRAP
4 power cleans (use 60% of heaviest power clean)
8 walking lunges
