Good sources of fiber are: artichokes, raspberries, blackberries, dark leafy greens, broccoli, okra, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, asparagus, cabbage, pears, strawberries, oranges, bananas, blueberries, mangoes, and apples.
These are your carbs and are rich in micronutrients too (vitamins and minerals).
