10-30 double unders

*you choose a number and stick with it. No singles today. If you don't have double unders, you will attempt at least 10 times each minute.

Post your total reps.

For time:
Run 400m, then
4 rounds of
5 CTB pull ups
10 KB SDHP 53/35
20 double unders

*all reps unbroken. Scale with ring rows or bands. Can either do 60 single unders or attempt 20 doubles. If scaling, unsuccessful attempts will still count. You won't learn them if you don't try!
