Odd: 20 fire hydrants each leg after each set of press.

Immediately after your run, perform as many push ups as you can for 2 minutes.
*your 2 minute clock begins at the completion of your last run. If you rest, the clock still goes!
Couch to CrossFit is a program for anyone and everyone!
Look forward to a welcoming environment that reduces stress, deflates any CrossFit myths, is FUN, and ultimately provides a jump-start for your new fitness journey. Participants will be motivated, ready to take over the world and begin the journey to being stronger, faster, and healthier!
This is a four week program that focuses on exercise, nutrition, and teamwork to get people moving around and having fun!

- A dynamic group warm up
- Skill sessions to introduce movement concepts and exercises
- Metabolic conditioning (cardio)

- All in a non threatening environment designed for people who have not been exercising
