21 Day Healthy Habits Nutrition Challenge

When: Monday, July 31 through Monday, August 21, 2017
Cost: $21 per person if you sign up by 7/28. After that it is $30.
Who: Anyone who wants to spend 21 days developing healthy nutrition habits

What does this challenge include?

Teams of 2
You will either find an accountability partner or we will find one for you. You will be accountable to each other. You will support each other in making good choices over the 21 days. Prevent each other from slipping!
Weekly Measurements
You and your partner will take each other’s measurements and chart them weekly in the binder at the gym.
Daily Food Journal
You and your partner will post daily either on Facebook, Instagram, or the CrossFit North Mesquite Blog. You will either write what you ate for the day or post a pic of your healthy meal. Don’t forget to #CROSSFITNORTHMESQUITE
Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 12! We supply the meat and the medicine balls, you bring a Paleo side dish and your muscles!

*This challenge is about cleaning up your diet and focusing on the quality of foods that you eat. Some might choose to go strict Paleo while others might not be ready for that yet and might focus on eliminating certain foods from their diet such as sugar and alcohol or sodas. Coaches will work with you to develop a plan that you can stick with for 21 days!
