5 minutes on the clock:
3 rounds of
30 jumping lunges
15 Push-Ups
In remaining time Max Double Unders

Score= double unders

*must show full hip and knee extension on lunges
*must touch chest to floor then show full lockout of elbows at top of push up
scale with lunge walks, knee push ups, single unders.

2 min calf stretch each leg
                                                           1 min pigeon stretch each leg
