"The Ghost"
 
6 Rounds for Total Reps in 23 min:
1 min of Rowing (for calories)
1 min of Burpees
1 min of Double-Unders
1 min of Rest
Score is total reps after all 6 rounds, but the spirit of the workout is to try for as many reps as possible of each exercise, not just total score.
