3 Snatch Grip Push Jerks + 5-Second Pausing Overhead Squat

Use a barbell or very light weights.
B) 5 Rounds for Time:
21 Air Squats
15 Mountain Climbers(1,1,2,2…)
9 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
Optional Gymnastics Pulling
Max Reps:
1:00 Kipping Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
1:00 Rest
1:00 Kipping Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Aim for consistency on both rounds.
