Score here is the total burpee box jump overs through the entire duration. Deadlifts do not count toward total score. The workout begins with the seven deadlifts. At the top of each minute, perform 7 deadlifts.

Score=total burpee box jump overs

Goal: Unbroken deadlifts, pace the burpee box overs and minimize extra steps. Extra steps= extra energy expenditure= fatigue sets in= less power output.
